As they are perishable goods, the boxes must not have been opened. If from no fault of their own, a customer receives a damaged or faulty item, they will have 30 days to return their box and be sent a replacement.
If a customer should want a full refund, a refund can be issued when a faulty or damaged unopened box is returned within 14 days. Or we can send a replacement instead so we can still help our chosen charities :) -
A tracking number will be issued once your delivery is dispatched. If for any reason your box ends up lost in the postal service, then we will of course make sure that you receive another box. 👊
